Dinner Entree Choices:
- Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Sauce - Slow roasted herb crusted sliced tenderloin of beef served with a classic Bordeaux wine bordelaise sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.
- Champagne Chicken - Chicken breast cooked to perfection and served with crispy wonton and garnished with fresh green grapes and mandarin oranges. Served over jasmine rice and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.
- Vegetarian Cannelloni with Dual Marinara and Pesto Sauce - Cannelloni stuffed with julienne of zucchini, yellow squash, leeks, carrots, sweet peppers and basil ricotta and served with a dual sauce of slow roasted garlic shiraz wine marinara and basil pesto beurre blanc.
All dinner entrees include:
Salad: Spring greens with strawberries, green onion, crasins, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Dinner: Petit assorted baked bread knots and whipped butter, coffee, decaf, hot tea with honey and lemon, or ice water.
Dessert: Cherry ricotta cheese cake with dark chocolate drizzle.
