Wright Brothers Memorial Banquet
with featured guest speaker Frank Christensen

Dinner Entree Choices:

  1. Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Sauce - Slow roasted herb crusted sliced tenderloin of beef served with a classic Bordeaux wine bordelaise sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.

  2. Champagne Chicken - Chicken breast cooked to perfection and served with crispy wonton and garnished with fresh green grapes and mandarin oranges. Served over jasmine rice and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.

  3. Vegetarian Cannelloni with Dual Marinara and Pesto Sauce - Cannelloni stuffed with julienne of zucchini, yellow squash, leeks, carrots, sweet peppers and basil ricotta and served with a dual sauce of slow roasted garlic shiraz wine marinara and basil pesto beurre blanc. 
     
    All dinner entrees include:
    Salad: Spring greens with strawberries, green onion, crasins, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
    Dinner: Petit assorted baked bread knots and whipped butter, coffee, decaf, hot tea with honey and lemon, or ice water.
    Dessert: Cherry ricotta cheese cake with dark chocolate drizzle.
