Dinner Entree Choices:
- Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Bordelaise Sauce - Slow roasted, herb crusted sliced beef tenderloin with a classic bordelaise sauce. Served with oven roasted rosemary potatoes and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.
- Champagne Chicken - Breast of chicken cooked to perfection and served with crispy wonton and garnished with fresh green grapes and mandarin oranges. Served with jasmine rice and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.
- Vegetarian Cannelloni with Dual Marinara and Pesto Sauce - Cannelloni stuffed with julienne of zucchini, yellow squash, leeks, carrots, sweet peppers and basil ricotta. Served with a dual sauce of slow roasted garlic shiraz wine marinara and basil pesto beurre blanc.
All dinner entrees include:
Salad: Spring greens with strawberries, green onion, Crasins, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Dinner: Petit assorted baked bread knots and whipped butter, coffee, decaf, hot tea with honey and lemon, or ice water.
Dessert: Choice of chocolate turtle cheese cake or strawberry amaretto cake.
