Wright Brothers Memorial Banquet
with featured guest speaker Scotty Wilson

Dinner Entree Choices:

  1. Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Bordelaise Sauce - Slow roasted, herb crusted sliced beef tenderloin with a classic bordelaise sauce. Served with oven roasted rosemary potatoes and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.

  2. Champagne Chicken - Breast of chicken cooked to perfection and served with crispy wonton and garnished with fresh green grapes and mandarin oranges. Served with jasmine rice and balsamic garlic grilled vegetables.

  3. Vegetarian Cannelloni with Dual Marinara and Pesto Sauce - Cannelloni stuffed with julienne of zucchini, yellow squash, leeks, carrots, sweet peppers and basil ricotta. Served with a dual sauce of slow roasted garlic shiraz wine marinara and basil pesto beurre blanc.
     
    All dinner entrees include:
    Salad: Spring greens with strawberries, green onion, Crasins, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
    Dinner: Petit assorted baked bread knots and whipped butter, coffee, decaf, hot tea with honey and lemon, or ice water.
    Dessert: Choice of chocolate turtle cheese cake or strawberry amaretto cake.
